Our Mission:

The mission of Friends of Ogden Park is to protect, preserve, improve, and maintain the community green space commonly called Ogden Park and located in the Francisville neighborhood of Philadelphia. Friends of Ogden Park is committed to community participation, environmental friendliness, and education on the benefits of open space.

A: Yes. Friends of Ogden Park filed Articles of Incorporation with the State of Pennsylvania on February 28, 2012 and we operate as an exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. View our Bylaws here.

A: Friends of Ogden Park is supervised by a 12-member Board of Directors comprised of residents and friends of Francisvile. The Board is elected in an open vote by the membership of the organization-at-large.
